We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We ship with the carrier offering the best service to your address. Every order includes tracking. Transit time after dispatch depends on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

We ship with the carrier offering the best service to your address. Every order includes tracking. US and Canada only. Expedited orders are processed ahead of standard orders and ship on a 2-day carrier service. Expedited is not eligible for free shipping at any order value.

All sales are final

Every sale of research-use material is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been processed. Research materials that have left our facility are never returned to stock.

Returned and undeliverable packages

A package that comes back to us — refused, unclaimed, undeliverable or mis-addressed — is not reshipped. We only ship sealed vials that have never left our custody, so a returned package is disposed of and the order is not replaced.

Refunds

A refund is not owed on a final sale. We may, case by case and at our sole discretion, refund part or all of an order; a refund we choose to make is a courtesy and sets no precedent. A refund is never owed for a carrier delay, a returned or undeliverable package, or an address or recipient error.

Carriers and transit

We do not control the carriers. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and a delay in transit is not grounds for a refund, a replacement or a chargeback. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for it transfers to the recipient.

Your address, and answering us

You are responsible for giving a complete and correct shipping address and recipient name at checkout, including any apartment, suite or unit number. If we need to confirm or correct anything about your order, we will contact you by the email, phone number or text message you provided, and the order is held until you respond. You are responsible for responding to our customer-service messages about your order. We are not liable for delays, loss or damage that result from an incorrect or incomplete address, or from not responding to those messages, and an order held for a missing answer is still a final sale.

Damaged on arrival

If a package arrives damaged or compromised, photograph it on receipt and contact us within 48 hours with your order number. Whether and how we help is decided case by case.

Subscriptions

A subscription may be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time from its management link. Cancelling stops future charges; charges already made are final, subject to the terms you accepted at checkout.

Chargebacks

Contact us first. A chargeback filed without contacting us is contested with the order, tracking and communication records.
